From bare land to a house
Eight photographs show the works in Kampala. The 3D model, made from them, helps you see the path: where the build started, how it looks in the photos and what can still be done.

Drag to rotate. Ctrl + scroll or the buttons zoom.Drag sideways to rotate. Two fingers zoom.
The yellow line is the build’s ruler. Drag the level or tap a stage: the house rises from bare land to the projection. Stage 4 is the one the photographs show.
As photographed
Based on the photosBare blocks and concrete, a raised veranda and brick steps. The visual basis is the photographs provided.
Illustrative 3D model. The finish shown is a possibility, not the approved design of the works.

Drag the plumb line. On the left, the main block as it appears in the photos; on the right, one possible finish. Both images come from the 3D model.
What is record and what is projection
- Approximate study
- It is a visual study, not a measured survey, BIM model or construction project. The photographs give no measurements, complete floor plan or geographic orientation.
- Record
- It shows what can be seen in the photos, not a certification of the current state of the works. The land and the earlier stages are illustrative reconstructions, not historical records.
- Projection
- It shows one possible finish, not a completed building or an approved design. The sequence gives no percentage, budget, deadline, capacity or use of unconfirmed rooms.
The works from eight angles
The photographs were provided by those responsible for the project and received in October 2026. They show a group of buildings and open areas, not a single house, and are not a certification of the current state of the works.

Who the HypersKids are
Hypers Kids Africa is a dance and acrobatics group made up of children from Kampala, the capital of Uganda. A July 2024 article also describes the group as a home that gives 45 children shelter, food, clothing, education and medical care.
That year, at an America’s Got Talent audition, one of the dancers said the group hoped to win in order to buy land and build a house and a school.
